In the 21st century humanity is struggling with many problems such as global warming floods epidemics and financial crises. These problems reveal that the current economic and production system cannot continue in the same way and that it is necessary to turn to alternative methods in order to leave a livable world for future generations. Sustainability and circular economy are on the agenda as key concepts for a more just and livable world in economic social and environmental terms.
